Differentiation refers to the process by which something becomes distinct or different from others. It involves developing unique characteristics or features that set it apart.
Cultural assimilation: Describes when individuals or groups adopt aspects of another culture and lose some of their original cultural identity in the process.
Ethnicity: Relates to shared cultural traits (language, religion) that distinguish one group from another within a larger society.
Diversity: Refers to having a variety of different elements within a particular group or place. In terms of culture, this can encompass diverse traditions, languages spoken, religions practiced, etc.
