Who Qualifies for Late Testing?

You may be eligible for late testing if you have:

  • Exam conflicts (two exams scheduled at the same time)
  • Three or more exams on the same day
  • School events that cannot be rescheduled
  • Serious medical issues or family emergencies
  • Environmental conditions (weather, power outage, etc.)

Important:

  • You CANNOT take late tests just because you aren't ready
  • Contact your AP Coordinator immediately if you need late testing
  • Late exams are completely different versions (not the same questions)
  • All late tests are given during the designated late testing window only

Exam Conflicts: What to Do

Same-Time Conflicts

If two of your exams are scheduled at the exact same time (like two morning exams on the same day), one will be moved to late testing automatically.

Three+ Exams in One Day

If you have three or more exams on the same day, you can request to move one to late testing. Talk to your AP Coordinator by early April.

How to Handle Conflicts

  2. Identify any conflicts immediately
  3. Contact your AP Coordinator
  4. Get written confirmation of your testing arrangements
  5. Know BOTH your regular and late testing locations
