Names come later. After checkout we email you a setup link. Add each teacher's and student's email there whenever you're ready, and their account activates the moment you do.

Your receipt and setup link go here. It doesn't need to be the person who'll use the account.

Common questions
- Can I buy now and decide who gets the accounts later?
- Yes. Nothing is tied to a person until you add their email on the setup page, and you can add them in batches over the year.
- Do we have to pay before accounts turn on?
- Not with a purchase order. Send us the PO and we activate your accounts within one business day; your business office pays on its normal schedule. Card payments activate as soon as they go through.
- What if a teacher or student already has a Fiveable account?
- Their existing login is upgraded. New emails get an account with a sign-in link. Nobody has to re-register.
- What if I lose the setup link?
- Sign in with the email you used at checkout and open Account → Billing. Every school order you've paid for is listed there with a button that issues a fresh link.
- Do accounts renew automatically?
- No. Each account lasts one year from the day you assign it. When the year is up, it simply ends, and you can place a new order whenever you like.
- Does your district need a data privacy agreement first?
