Norms:The average score for a particular group on a particular test which serves as a standard against which all individual scores on that test can be measured.
Validity:The extent to which a test measures what it claims to measure.
Test-Retest Method: A method for determining the reliability of a test by comparing a test taker's scores on the same test taken at two different times.
