Endocytosis:The process by which cells absorb molecules by engulfing them. It's the opposite of exocytosis.
Vesicle:A small structure within a cell, consisting of fluid enclosed by a lipid bilayer. Vesicles are used to transport materials within a cell.
Plasma Membrane:The biological membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outside environment. It controls what enters and exits the cell.
