Rodenticides

Definition

Rodenticides are chemical substances used to kill or control rodents, such as rats and mice. They are typically formulated as baits or poisons that are attractive to rodents but toxic when ingested.

Analogy

Imagine rodenticides as a "mouse trap buffet." Just like how a buffet lures people with delicious food, rodenticides attract rodents with enticing baits. However, instead of satisfying their hunger, the rodents end up getting poisoned.
