For Pennsylvania school districts
AP® resources for Pennsylvania schools
Use Pennsylvania’s AI tool-review questions to define the AP learning goal, needed data, and evidence your reviewers will examine.Give your AP teachers a shared place to assign practice, review student work, and plan follow-up lessons. Start with the teachers who need accounts, then bring a quote and the requested documents to your school or district’s review process.
Plan accounts for your AP department
Fund teacher-led practice
Teacher accounts support assignments and classroom results. Students complete their teacher’s assignments with free accounts. List the courses and teachers you want to include, then choose quantities for one teacher, an AP department, or several departments together.
Choose independent study separately
Sponsored student accounts are optional for independent study beyond teacher-led assignments. Include them when your school wants to fund students’ use of the study library on their own. Teacher and student volume discounts are calculated separately in checkout.
Plan your department rollout
Identify who will receive the setup link and assign purchased accounts. Choose the teachers, courses, and start date for your first assignments. Teachers review scores and feedback, then use classroom results to plan follow-up practice.
Annual teacher pricing
- 1–4 teacher accounts
- $129 each / year
- 5–24 teacher accounts
- $99 each / year
- 25+ teacher accounts
- $69 each / year
For example, five teacher accounts cost $495 per year. Students complete those teachers’ assignments with free accounts. Optional sponsored student accounts add a separate cost.
Define the problem your Pennsylvania department wants to solve
Pennsylvania’s education department asks schools to identify the problem an AI tool would solve, define success, and decide when to assess use. Its guidance also addresses data control, sharing, accessibility, and human judgment in grading. Start with a specific classroom need.
Which AP learning need are we addressing, and what evidence from student responses or revisions will teachers examine before proposing a wider rollout?
What information does the practice require, and what documentation should our privacy reviewers request about data control, sharing, and permitted uses?
How will accessibility reviewers examine the student experience, and how will teachers retain responsibility for classroom scores and feedback they release?
Include the learning goal and a point for your department’s evaluation in the purchase plan. Use classroom observations to guide the next account request.
From department plan to purchase
Prepare an instructional plan and quote
Choose teacher quantities and any optional sponsored student accounts. Checkout calculates the annual price and lets you download a quote for your business office. Include the courses, quantities, and planned start date. Quotes are valid for 30 days, so check the date before your office issues a purchase order.
Gather your district’s review packet
Ask your office which documents it needs, such as a signed W-9, privacy agreement, accessibility information, or security documentation. Include your district name and its required forms. The document request form opens an editable email draft; send that draft to submit your request.
Complete the purchase and assign accounts
Your office can pay by card or arrange a purchase order using the quote ID. After Fiveable receives and reviews your PO, we send a setup link while your business office arranges payment. If you pay by card or bank transfer, we send the link after payment is confirmed. Use it to assign purchased accounts when teachers are ready.
