For Oklahoma school districts
AP® resources for Oklahoma schools
Use Oklahoma’s local policy resources to describe student privacy, academic integrity, and access needs for AP practice.Give your AP teachers a shared place to assign practice, review student work, and plan follow-up lessons. Start with the teachers who need accounts, then bring a quote and the requested documents to your school or district’s review process.
Plan accounts for your AP department
Fund teacher-led practice
Teacher accounts support assignments and classroom results. Students complete their teacher’s assignments with free accounts. List the courses and teachers you want to include, then choose quantities for one teacher, an AP department, or several departments together.
Choose independent study separately
Sponsored student accounts are optional for independent study beyond teacher-led assignments. Include them when your school wants to fund students’ use of the study library on their own. Teacher and student volume discounts are calculated separately in checkout.
Plan your department rollout
Identify who will receive the setup link and assign purchased accounts. Choose the teachers, courses, and start date for your first assignments. Teachers review scores and feedback, then use classroom results to plan follow-up practice.
Annual teacher pricing
- 1–4 teacher accounts
- $129 each / year
- 5–24 teacher accounts
- $99 each / year
- 25+ teacher accounts
- $69 each / year
For example, five teacher accounts cost $495 per year. Students complete those teachers’ assignments with free accounts. Optional sponsored student accounts add a separate cost.
Adapt Oklahoma’s AI review resources to your classroom plan
Oklahoma’s education department provides a model AI use policy with locally adaptable templates, rubrics, and communication resources. Its digital learning resources discuss privacy, academic integrity, equitable access, and educator training. Describe the student assignment process and the decisions teachers make before releasing feedback.
Which locally adopted expectations will govern student assistance and teacher feedback, and what classroom example should accompany the department’s proposal?
How will students with different accessibility or device needs complete the proposed practice, and which district staff should review those needs?
Which privacy questions, staff training needs, and family explanations should be resolved before the department assigns accounts or begins its first AP sequence?
Use local policy resources to gather classroom questions. Send reviewers the teaching example and requested vendor documents before beginning student assignments.
From department plan to purchase
Prepare an instructional plan and quote

Gather your district’s review packet
Ask your office which documents it needs, such as a signed W-9, privacy agreement, accessibility information, or security documentation. Include your district name and its required forms. The document request form opens an editable email draft; send that draft to submit your request.
Complete the purchase and assign accounts
Your office can pay by card or arrange a purchase order using the quote ID. After Fiveable receives and reviews your PO, we send a setup link while your business office arranges payment.
