For Nebraska school districts

AP® resources for Nebraska schools

Prepare Nebraska students to use AI feedback deliberately, with clear learning goals and an introduction to digital privacy.

Give your AP teachers a shared place to assign practice, review student work, and plan follow-up lessons. Start with the teachers who need accounts, then bring a quote and the requested documents to your school or district’s review process.

Plan accounts for your AP department

Fund teacher-led practice

Teacher accounts support assignments and classroom results. Students complete their teacher’s assignments with free accounts. List the courses and teachers you want to include, then choose quantities for one teacher, an AP department, or several departments together.

Choose independent study separately

Sponsored student accounts are optional for independent study beyond teacher-led assignments. Include them when your school wants to fund students’ use of the study library on their own. Teacher and student volume discounts are calculated separately in checkout.

Plan your department rollout

Identify who will receive the setup link and assign purchased accounts. Choose the teachers, courses, and start date for your first assignments. Teachers review scores and feedback, then use classroom results to plan follow-up practice.

Annual teacher pricing

1–4 teacher accounts
$129 each / year
5–24 teacher accounts
$99 each / year
25+ teacher accounts
$69 each / year

For example, five teacher accounts cost $495 per year. Students complete those teachers’ assignments with free accounts. Optional sponsored student accounts add a separate cost.

Teach purposeful AI use before expanding Nebraska practice

Nebraska’s education department emphasizes teaching students about generative AI before expecting them to use it well. Its digital resources discuss purposeful use, independent thinking, privacy, and academic integrity. Explain how feedback supports revision and what students remain responsible for producing themselves.

  • What short introduction will students receive about AI feedback, privacy, and appropriate assistance before completing their first teacher-led AP assignment?

  • Which learning goal will the assignment support, and how will students explain their reasoning rather than simply accept a suggested answer?

  • How will teachers introduce account and data practices to families, and which district staff will review the vendor documents before classroom use?

Include the student introduction with your department plan. Choose a revision task that lets teachers examine how students use feedback in their next response.

From department plan to purchase

  1. Prepare an instructional plan and quote

Choose teacher quantities and any optional sponsored student accounts. Checkout calculates the annual price and lets you download a quote for your business office. Include the courses, quantities, and planned start date. Quotes are valid for 30 days, so check the date before your office issues a purchase order.

  2. Gather your district’s review packet

Ask your office which documents it needs, such as a signed W-9, privacy agreement, accessibility information, or security documentation. Include your district name and its required forms. The document request form opens an editable email draft; send that draft to submit your request.

  3. Complete the purchase and assign accounts

Your office can pay by card or arrange a purchase order using the quote ID. After Fiveable receives and reviews your PO, we send a setup link while your business office arranges payment. If you pay by card or bank transfer, we send the link after payment is confirmed. Use it to assign purchased accounts when teachers are ready.

Explain the learning goal, what AI feedback contributes, and how students should revise their own work. Nebraska’s digital resources emphasize intentional use and privacy awareness. Add the account instructions and classroom expectations your district wants students and families to understand.
