access

You can try useful tools before connecting an account. The app tells you when a preview is counted and what remains.

without an account

Search, browse, use score calculators, and pull 2 complete study resources.

with a Fiveable account

Get 5 complete resources a month, refilling at the start of each month (UTC), plus 1 one-time FRQ score and saved progress.

with existing access

Covered subjects and features bypass previews. Classroom sponsorship covers eligible guides and embedded questions, not standalone FRQ grading or unrelated subjects.

Out of previews? If you have not connected an account, sign in through your AI app's Fiveable connection for the account allowance. Already connected? Ask Fiveable to check your access for this subject. Make sure you connected the account with your purchased or sponsored access. Your free content allowance refills at the start of each month (UTC); the free FRQ score is one-time. Reconnecting does not reset used previews. You can still search the catalog, use score calculators, and review your saved work.

Fiveable asks for a specific permission only when a tool needs it. Your AI app never receives your Fiveable password.

What moves between apps?

Fiveable receives the tool request and the information needed to complete it. Notes stay in your AI conversation unless you intentionally submit practice work. For uploaded FRQs, confirm the transcription before the response is scored.

Submitted responses and required images are processed by the scoring providers described on our AI transparency page. Saved practice and plans follow our educational-content retention policy. Temporary scoring payloads are removed when processing finishes or expires.

Account-linked study-app analytics are on by default. You can turn them off in account settings. Minimal operational metrics remain separate and exclude your answers and conversation.

Disconnect at any time from the Connected study apps section in your Fiveable account. This revokes access immediately but preserves your study history. Account deletion follows the existing deletion process and published timelines. New permissions require your explicit consent. Read the full privacy policy and AI transparency page.
