This video describes the pre-2027 AP Statistics exam format. Starting in May 2027 the exam is fully digital in Bluebook, with 42 multiple-choice questions (4 answer choices each) and 4 free-response questions worth 10 points each, replacing the previous 40-question / 6-FRQ paper format. Timing, question counts, and rubric structure discussed here no longer apply.
