practice exams and frq scoring got a big refresh
april 28, 2026
Practice exams are steadier, AP Latin has more MCQs, and FRQ scoring got a broad reliability pass before exam week.

AP exams are close, so this update is mostly about making practice feel less fragile. Practice exams now handle more of the weird-but-important stuff: missing tables, DBQ document images, SCOTUS FRQ slots, science calculators, question numbering, and saved results when something goes wrong.
We also added 40 new AP Latin practice questions and refreshed more than 2,000 FRQs across scoring, rubric calibration, prompt rendering, drawing tools, tables, and feedback. FRQ scoring now retries more automatically when a model response is flaky, and FRQ practice does a better job preserving your work if the page hits an error.
