Peak AP Season - All Sales Final

The cram weeks before and during AP exams are peak AP season with critical studying happening last minute.

All payments during the peak AP season are final, this includes new purchases and auto-renewals.

2026 Peak AP Season Dates:

  • April 26 – May 23, 2026

Includes cram week, regular exam administration dates, and make-up exams.

7-Day Refund Window

Outside of peak AP season, you have 7 days from your payment date to request a full refund. This applies to new purchases and auto-renewals.

Go to fiveable.me/account, if you are eligible for a refund, there is a request refund button that will proccess it for you.

We're super responsive, you'll hear from us within 1 business day.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window.

Exceptions we'll always make:

  • Technical issues that completely prevented access
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Other situations where something on our end went wrong

Cancellations

Cancel your subscription anytime at: fiveable.me/account. Just click the cancel button and follow the prompts.

  • Access continues through current billing period (we don't cut you off early)
  • Auto-renewal stops immediately (no surprise charges)
  • No partial refunds for unused time (you keep access until the period you paid for ends)

Billing Portal Issues

Can't access the billing portal? The payment email might be different from your Fiveable account, especially if a parent or guardian made the purchase. Try alternative or parent emails.

School & District Purchases

Institutional purchases may have different terms based on your specific agreement. These are usually negotiated separately with our education team. Check your agreement or reach out if you have questions.
