Miranda rights are warnings given by police officers informing suspects they have rights such as remaining silent and having an attorney present during questioning.
Think of Miranda Rights as the instruction manual you get when you buy a new gadget. It tells you what you can do, how to use it properly, and what not to do to avoid damaging it. In this case, the "gadget" is your rights during police interactions.
