Textile Factories

Definition

These are industrial sites where fabrics are produced on a large scale, often through the use of machinery. They played a significant role in the Industrial Revolution, particularly in Britain.

Analogy

Think of textile factories like your school's cafeteria. Just as the cafeteria prepares and serves food for hundreds or thousands of students every day, textile factories produce large quantities of fabric to meet demand.
