Religious Pluralism

Definition

Religious pluralism is an attitude or policy regarding diversity in religious belief systems co-existing in society. It implies accepting all religions as having an equal right to coexist without any single religion being dominant.

Analogy

Imagine if your school cafeteria offered only one type of food every day - say pizza. Now imagine if they started offering sushi, tacos, pasta etc., giving everyone a chance to choose what they want based on their preferences. That's like religious pluralism - different religions are available for people based on their beliefs.
