PPM is a unit of measurement used to express the concentration of one substance in a solution or mixture. It represents the number of parts of a particular substance per million parts of the whole.
Parts per Billion (PPB): Similar to PPM, PPB is another unit of measurement used for even smaller concentrations. It represents the number of parts of a substance per billion parts.
Concentration: Concentration refers to the amount or proportion of a substance present in a given volume or space.
Dilution: Dilution is the process of reducing the concentration of a solute in a solution by adding more solvent.
