China in the Global Middle Ages

In this video, we cover China from c. 1200 to c. 1500 CE. We look at the Song, Yuan, and Ming Dynasties and analyze three primary sources. Areas of focus include: continuities and changes in governance, land-based and maritime trade, and technological and cultural transfers.
