Synapse:This refers to the tiny gap between neurons where communication between these cells occur via chemical signals.
Central Nervous System (CNS):This term refers to part of our nervous system consisting mainly of brain and spinal cord; it receives sensory information from peripheral nervous system, processes this information, and sends out commands to other parts of the body.
