Definition

Cabinets are groups of senior officials, typically consisting of the top leaders of the executive branch in a government, who advise the head of state (such as a president or prime minister) and help implement government policies and decisions. In both presidential and parliamentary regimes, cabinets play crucial roles in shaping national policies and managing government operations.
