Definition

The 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) is a global summit that took place in November 2021, where world leaders, negotiators, government representatives, businesses, and citizens gathered to discuss and develop actions against climate change. It aimed at accelerating efforts towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
