Definition

Workforce integration involves combining diverse groups of people within a workplace environment, promoting equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, age, religion or disability.

Analogy

Imagine if your school sports team only allowed players who were tall and fast. That might leave out some potentially great strategists or defenders! Workforce integration is like ensuring all types of players get a chance on the field for a well-rounded team.
