Definition

Anxiety levels refer to the degree of worry, fear, unease, or discomfort experienced by an individual in response to perceived threats or stressors.

Analogy

Picture anxiety levels like water levels in a glass. Some people may have just a few drops of anxiety (low-level), while others may have the glass filled almost to the brim (high-level). The amount of anxiety can vary from person to person.
