Definition
Research papers are academic documents that present original research findings and analysis on a specific topic. They typically follow a structured format and include an introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.
Analogy
Think of research papers as investigative reports. Just like detectives gather evidence, analyze it, and draw conclusions to solve a case, researchers collect data, analyze it using appropriate methods, and draw conclusions to contribute new knowledge to their field.
