Think of your mind like a garden. If you plant seeds of positivity (healthier thinking) and water them regularly with encouraging words (self-talk), you'll grow beautiful flowers. But if you plant seeds of negativity and water them with discouraging words, you'll grow weeds that can take over your garden.
