Dreams are a series of images, emotions, and thoughts that occur during sleep. They can be vivid or vague and are often accompanied by a narrative storyline.
The state of rest where our body and mind rejuvenate, during which dreams can occur.
REM (Rapid Eye Movement): A stage of sleep characterized by rapid eye movements, increased brain activity, and the occurrence of vivid dreaming.
Nightmare: A disturbing dream that may cause feelings of fear or anxiety.
