Concentrations refer to the different amounts or levels of a particular substance present in a solution or mixture.
Imagine you have two cups of lemonade, one with a high concentration of lemon juice and the other with a low concentration. The taste difference between the two cups is similar to experiencing different concentrations of saltiness in water.
Dilution: The process of reducing the strength or concentration of a solution by adding more solvent.
Saturation: The point at which no more solute can dissolve in a solvent, resulting in maximum concentration.
Gradient: A gradual change in concentration over distance within a solution.
