Health care issues refer to problems related to access, quality or cost of medical services provided by hospitals or other institutions for maintaining health among individuals or communities.

Consider health care like an amusement park ride. Everyone wants access but there may be long lines (accessibility issues), broken rides (quality concerns) or high ticket prices (cost issues).
