Classical individualism is a political philosophy that emphasizes the moral worth of the individual over the collective or state. It advocates for minimal government intervention and maximum personal freedom.
Think of classical individualism as a self-serve buffet. You have the freedom to choose what you want, how much you want, and when you want it. The role of the restaurant (government) is simply to provide options but not dictate your choices.
Libertarianism: A political philosophy that upholds liberty as its principal objective. Libertarians seek to maximize autonomy and political freedom, emphasizing free association, freedom of choice, individualism and voluntary association.
Laissez-faire: An economic system in which transactions between private parties are free from government intervention such as regulations, privileges, tariffs, and subsidies.
Capitalism: An economic system based on private ownership of the means of production and their operation for profit.
