Definition

Statistical treatment refers to the mathematical methods used in analyzing and interpreting data collected during an experiment or study.

Analogy

Think of statistical treatment like a detective solving a case. The raw data are the clues, and statistical treatment is the process of piecing together these clues to find out what they collectively mean or represent.
