Net change refers to overall difference between two values after considering both increases and decreases. In chemistry it often refers to how much product is formed compared to how much reactant is used.
Think of it like your bank account. You start with a certain amount (reactants), spend some money (reaction), and end up with a different amount (products). The net change is the difference between what you started with and what you ended up with.
Stoichiometry: The calculation of quantities in chemical reactions, based on a balanced equation.
Chemical Equation: A representation of a chemical reaction that uses symbols to show the relationship between the reactants and the products.
Conservation of Mass: A fundamental concept of physics stating that mass cannot be created or destroyed.
