Coulomb

Definition

A Coulomb is the unit used to measure electrical charge. One coulomb is equivalent to the total charge on 6.242 x10^18 electrons.

Analogy

Imagine an apple orchard where each apple represents an electron and a basket can hold exactly 6.242 x10^18 apples - this basket would represent one Coulomb!
