Concentration refers to how much solute is present per unit volume of solution. For ions, this means how many charged particles there are per unit volume.
Think of a concert. The concentration of people (ions) in the venue can vary - if it's a popular band, every seat might be filled (high concentration), but if it's a lesser-known act, there might be lots of empty seats (low concentration).
Molarity: A measure of solute concentration defined as moles of solute per liter of solution.
Molality: Another measure of solute concentration defined as moles of solute per kilogram of solvent.
Dilution: The process by which the concentration of a solution is decreased by adding more solvent.
