Comparing Ancient Civilizations - Slides

During the pre-classical era, empires and civilizations such as Mesopotamia, Egypt, the Indus River Valley, and Shang China defined the cultural, political, and economic landscape of the time. These massive civilizations were similar in their complex bureaucracies, reliance on trade, and expansionist policies, but they were also very different places to live. In this review, we journey through the ancient civilizations and use SPICE to compare them.
