19th Century ISMs

During the 19th century, new economic and political theories shifted society and culture in Europe. Political theories including liberalism, conservatism, and socialism triggered revolutions and had effects well into the 20th century. Industrialization led to the rise of capitalism. And feminism took hold as women fought for more rights in the workplace and the right to vote.
