Constitutionalism

In this stream, we'll cover the impact of constitutionalism as it was implemented in England and the Netherlands. We'll first discuss the impact of constitutionalism on economic aspects of society such as mercantilism and joint-stock companies. We'll also review the relations between constitutionalism, European governments, and the Church. Finally, we'll go over various historical figures involved in the transition from absolutism to constitutionalism.
