Sukhasana (Easy pose): This is a simple cross-legged sitting position where both feet rest comfortably on the ground.
Siddhasana (Perfect pose): In this seated posture, one heel is placed at the perineum while the other foot rests against the opposite thigh.
Ardha Padmasana (Half Lotus pose): Similar to Padmasana, but only one foot is placed on top of the opposite thigh while the other leg remains extended or folded.
