Women's Rights

Definition

Women's rights encompass social, political, and economic rights specifically addressing issues faced by women. They include suffrage (the right to vote), access to education, equal pay for equal work, reproductive rights, and protection against gender-based violence.

Analogy

Think of women's rights as different ingredients necessary for baking a cake. Without each ingredient carefully measured and added in the right proportions, the cake won't be fully baked or enjoyable.
