Definition

Raymond Cattell proposed two types of general intelligences known as fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence. Fluid intelligence refers to the ability to solve new problems, think critically, and adapt to new situations. Crystallized intelligence, on the other hand, refers to acquired knowledge and skills that come from education and experience.
