In psychology, 'time spent' refers to the duration one dedicates towards a particular activity or task, such as studying or rehearsing. It's believed that more time spent can lead to better understanding and retention of information.
Consider 'time spent' as watering a plant. The more regularly and adequately you water it (spend time), the healthier and stronger it grows (better understanding and retention).
