Definition

Personal factors refer to internal characteristics specific to an individual that influence their thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and behavior. These can include personality traits (e.g., introversion/extroversion), cognitive abilities (e.g., intelligence), genetic predispositions, and personal experiences.
