Frontal lobe activity refers to functions performed by the frontal lobes of our brains which include problem-solving tasks, memory management, language skills development & expression of personality traits.

Consider your frontal lobe like a skilled orchestra conductor. It directs all other parts of your brain - coordinating timing for different instruments (brain functions), managing tempo (speed), volume (intensity), etc., ensuring everything works harmoniously together.
