Frontal lobe activity refers to functions performed by the frontal lobes of our brains which include problem-solving tasks, memory management, language skills development & expression of personality traits.
Consider your frontal lobe like a skilled orchestra conductor. It directs all other parts of your brain - coordinating timing for different instruments (brain functions), managing tempo (speed), volume (intensity), etc., ensuring everything works harmoniously together.
Prefrontal Cortex: Part of frontal lobes responsible for thinking analytically & making judgments; often considered responsible for personality expression & decision-making process.
Motor Cortex: Region located at rear portion of frontal lobes controlling voluntary movements.
Broca's Area: Region in frontal lobe of dominant hemisphere (usually left) linked with speech production.
