Exhaustion Phase

Definition

The exhaustion phase is the final stage in GAS when all the body's resources are eventually depleted and the body is unable to maintain normal function.

Analogy

It’s like when your phone battery finally dies after a long day of use. You've been running apps, sending messages, and making calls (resisting), but eventually, you just can't keep up anymore and your phone shuts down (exhaustion).
