Definition

Excessive narcissism refers to an inflated sense of self-importance, a constant need for admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. Individuals with excessive narcissism may have an exaggerated sense of entitlement, exploit others for personal gain, and display arrogant or grandiose behaviors.
