Cross-Modal Priming

Definition

Cross-Modal Priming refers to the phenomenon where the presentation of a stimulus in one sensory modality (such as vision) influences the processing or response to a subsequent stimulus in a different sensory modality (such as hearing). It reveals how information from different senses can interact and affect each other.
