Case Study

Definition

A case study is an in-depth analysis of an individual or group to understand their behavior or circumstances over time.

Analogy

Imagine you're watching your favorite detective show. Each episode (case study) focuses on one crime (individual or group), digging deep into details until they solve it. That's what psychologists do with case studies - they investigate deeply into one 'case' at a time!
