Behavioral Assessments

Definition

Behavioral assessments involve evaluating observable actions or reactions of an individual in given situations. These assessments aim at understanding and predicting future behavior based on current observations.

Analogy

Behavioral assessments are like referees in a sports game. They watch the players' actions (behaviors) during the game and make decisions based on what they see, not on what the player might be thinking or feeling.
