Active Listening
Definition
A communication technique used in counseling where the listener fully concentrates, understands, responds, and then remembers what is being said.

Feedback: Information about reactions to a product or person's performance of a task which is used as a basis for improvement.
Nonverbal Communication: Communication without using words such as facial expressions, body language etc.
Paraphrasing: Expressing the meaning of something using different words.
