Non-rigid bodies are objects that can change their shape when subjected to external forces. They do not maintain a fixed shape or size.
Imagine playing with a stress ball. When you squeeze it, the stress ball changes its shape and size. Similarly, non-rigid bodies can deform or stretch when acted upon by external forces.
Elasticity: The ability of a material to return to its original shape after being deformed.
Plasticity: The property of a material to permanently change its shape or size when subjected to external forces.
