A frame of reference is a set of coordinates that are used to describe the position and motion of objects. It provides a point from which measurements can be made.
Imagine you're sitting in a moving car, and you see another car passing by. Your frame of reference would be inside your own car, where you observe the other car's speed and direction relative to yours.
Position: The location of an object in relation to a chosen frame of reference.
Velocity: The rate at which an object changes its position with respect to time.
Acceleration: The rate at which an object changes its velocity with respect to time.
